
The goal of our training program is to ensure young golfers are prepared for the mental and physical rigors of competition and to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the golf industry.
Our Golf Development Program consists of the following areas of instruction:
Technique and Skill Development
- Understanding the Swing Model
- Long Game System
- Short Game System
- Sand play
- Putting
- Trouble shots
- Course Management
Fitness Training
- Individualized strength and conditioning programs monitored by certified sports trainers, three times weekly
- Regular physiological assessments measuring strength, range of motion and cardiovascular endurance
Personal Excellence
- Individual and group sessions covering a range of topics, including motivational issues, personal accountability and using adversity to advantage
Nutrition Education
- Regular seminars addressing topics such as nutritional building blocks, hydration, healthy snacking and eating for competition
- Individual assessments and consultations with a Registered Dietitian
PowerYoga
- A series of classes designed to develop overall body strength, flexibility, core conditioning and concentration
