Golf Ball Compression?

Question:

If a #50 compression ball is suppose to go farther with a low swing speed (55 mph) ! Why does a 90- 100 compression bounce higher from a 4ft drop on a concrete floor than the #50 compression ball?
Souldn't the lower compression ball bounce higher since it is not getting hit very hard from the short drop.

Answer:

This makes total sense to me. The 90-100 compression ball should bounce higher if it is dropped from the same distance and rate of speed. Reason being; it is made to withstand a greater impact force!
