The Brent Morrison Golf Academy Training Center at Pheasant Glen Golf Resort truly demonstrates our commitment to quality and excellence in golf instruction. Located in Qualicum Beach, the beautifully conditioned course at Pheasant Glen stretches out before majestic Mt. Arrowsmith, offering spectacular views as it meanders through grassy meadows, around sparkling lakes and amidst fragrant west coast woodlands... enhancing your game and your enjoyment.

The 20 Acre Training Center features a generous grass tee deck (150 yards wide), a spacious circular short game design with a 8,000 ft2 pitching green, 10,000 ft2 chipping green, two fairway and two large green side bunkers. This design, combined with a meticulously maintained training center, simulates the playing conditions found on tournament golf courses.

The short-game area features strategically placed bunkers, grass swells and mounds of various depths and degrees of difficulty. Players can create shots using a wide variety of slopes, elevations and turf conditions - including closely cut chipping areas, fairway-height approaches and rough-length grass swells. Areas are provided to practice pitch and lob shots over bunkers and wedge shots up to 120 yards in length.

Students are able to practice and enjoy the facility year-round with conveniences such as our "Dryrainge Covered Units". The portable design allows these covers to be quickly assembled over our natural grass tees and greens. This enables students to practice outdoors, on grass turf, replicating golf course conditions while remaining comfortable in hot or inclement weather.

Our Golf Academy Marquee is used for video analysis, classroom instruction and is a comfortable area to rest and take a break. State-of-the-art video equipment, video analysis stations and professional club fitting will help our professionals ensure you are using the proper technique with the equipment that's best for you.
